In this role you will be working as an Applications Engineer for a client that works in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for working with customers to prepare quotes and assist engineering on custom projects.

This is a contract to possible permanent role that is a long term need for my client. This position must be worked on site.

Pay; $60000-$65000/Yr.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical electrical or other engineering discipline
3 years of experience in an applications engineering role
Strong communication skills
Able to work with customers to establish initial requirements prepare quotes and work with internal engineering team on execution of projects
Maintain pricing and spcification sheets
Process customer purchase orders and prepare PO verifications
Experience in a manufacturing/heavy industrial environment is required - knowledge of equipment installation preferred
Assist in the planning and preparation at trade shows
Knowldge of Pro/E or Creo software
