Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Organize and allocate tasks effectively to meet production targets.
- Conduct quality inspections identify defects and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations and team performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven supervisory experience with strong leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and computer skills including proficiency in Excel Word and Outlook.
- Effective communication and analytical skills for problem-solving.
- Forklift experience
- Ability to work weekends are required.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
