What does a Finance Administrator at Consultus do
As part of a close knit Accounting team you will help ensure financial processes are accurate timely and well managed. Typical responsibilities include:

• Processing invoices and purchase orders accurately

• Managing payment runs and completing bank reconciliations

• Handling expenses and credit card transactions

• Maintaining financial trackers and supporting cashflow forecasting

• Assisting with month end reporting and balance sheet reconciliations

• Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries

This role suits someone who takes pride in accuracy organisation and doing things properly.

What makes you a great fit
We would be keen to hear from you if you have:

• Experience in a finance or accounts based role

• Working knowledge of Sage or similar accounting software

• Strong Excel skills and confidence using financial trackers

• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

• Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills
