Domestic Considerations: 27 RSDs per year that includes Reserve training weekends and 15-day Annual Deployment Exercise each year.
Responsibilities:
1. The primary role for this appointment is to act as the Combat Medical Technician (CMT) for the Regt whilst undertaking training in and out of barracks.
2. They are to liaise with Cbt Med Sgt/RMO and keep abreast of any changes with regards to the training forecast for the Corps where changes are made to the training programme they are to implement them accordingly.
3. They are to carry out admin duties as required to assist with the burden as required when deployed on Regt training.
4 They are to undertake ITR training as laid down in Army Reserve Regulations.
5. They are to ensure that the Commanding Officers policies on Equipment Care for medical equipment are being adhered to.
6. They are to prepare all medical equipment for the ECI to a Green standard.
7. They are to support training and other commitments as directed by the RMO or CO.
