Small Works Project Manager - Security Solutions
Location: London

Salary: 45k per annum
Manage security projects valued between 500 and 50000 with full P&L responsibility
Work with access control CCTV intruder alarms and intercom systems daily
Early 15:30 finish on Fridays plus 24 days annual leave increasing yearly

Theyre seeking an experienced Small Works Project Manager to lead and deliver small-scale security projects whilst maintaining their commitment to NSI Gold standards and customer excellence. Position Overview
As Small Works Project Manager youll oversee the complete delivery of security installation projects managing profitability installation quality and team coordination. Youll prepare quotations and project documentation conduct site surveys to ensure NSI and EN standard compliance and work closely with engineering teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Your role directly impacts customer satisfaction and departmental performance balancing commercial targets with technical excellence across a diverse portfolio of small-scale security projects.
Responsibilities
Manage projects valued between 500 and 50000 from quotation through to completion
Prepare accurate quotations estimates and project documentation for clients
Conduct site visits and surveys to assess requirements and ensure compliance
Coordinate engineering teams and provide technical support throughout project delivery
Monitor project profitability and maintain departmental P&L targets
Ensure all work meets NSI Gold and EN standards consistently
Liaise with clients to confirm specifications and manage expectations
Support continuous improvement across project delivery and quality processes
Requirements
Proven experience managing small-scale security system projects
Strong technical knowledge of access control CCTV intruder alarms and intercom systems
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Commercial awareness with ability to manage budgets and profit margins
Collaborative approach to working with engineering teams
Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel
Ability to pass compulsory BS7858 / BPSS security clearance
