Requirements

Fluent German (C1 level or higher) written and spoken

Good level of English (minimum communicative level required)

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Comfortable working with digital tools and support systems
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is an advantage

Ability to work on-site in Katowice Poland
- EU passport or valid work permit for Poland is mandatory (we can proceed only with candidates who meet this requirement)
