Nordic Speaking IT Helpdesk Representative Relocation to Greece
Introduction
We are looking for a Nordic Speaking IT Helpdesk Representative to support users with IT-related issues in a fast-paced international environment based in Greece.
Responsibilities

Respond to IT support requests from end users

Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely

Provide guidance on systems applications and devices

Log and track incidents according to procedures
Requirements

Fluency in a Nordic language and English

Previous IT helpdesk or technical support experience is an advantage

Strong communication and customer service skills

Willingness to relocate to Greece
