Job Summary
We are hiring native Croatian speakers to join an international Customer Support team based on-site in Sofia Bulgaria. This is a great opportunity to build an international career in a structured environment with strong onboarding and a supportive team culture.
You will assist customers in Croatian handle inquiries professionally and ensure a high level of service quality. You will receive 4 weeks of onboarding (3 weeks training 1 week nesting) to help you feel confident with the tools processes and quality standards.
Work model: On-site (Sofia)
Requirements: Native Croatian (required) English B2 customer-focused mindset
