Job Summary
Are you a fluent Italian speaker looking for a stable role in an international environment This is a great opportunity to join a well-established contact centre based on-site in Malta with a starting date in February 2026.

In this role you will handle customer inquiries across different channels while following clear procedures and quality standards. Work Schedule:
Rotational 8-hour shifts Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 19:00.
Language Requirements:
Fluent Italian and a good command of English.
