Job Summary

Are you a fluent Italian speaker looking for a stable role in an international environment This is a great opportunity to join a well-established contact centre based on-site in Malta with a starting date in February 2026.

You will become part of a dynamic multicultural workplace where you will receive full paid training from day one ensuring you are fully prepared for the role. In this role you will handle customer inquiries across different channels while following clear procedures and quality standards. Work Schedule:
Rotational 8-hour shifts Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 19:00.

Language Requirements:
Fluent Italian and a good command of English.
