Job Summary

FILINVEST COMPANY: Grafik Pinehouse Baguio City

The Cook is responsible for preparing cooking and presenting hig-quality dishes. Working under the direc supervision of the Sous Chef or Head Chef the cook plays a crucial role in maintaining smooth kitchen operations and delivering an exceptional dining experience for guests.

Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes portion controls and presentation guidelines.
Assist in mis en place
Operate kitchen equipment properly and safely
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workstation
Ensure all food items are stored labeled and rotated properly to prevent waste and contamination
Follow food safety regulations
Perform other duties and tasks delegated by management from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS

Good communication skills
Vocational or College Level
With related work experience
Amenable to work in Baguio City
