Job Summary
General Liability Attorney (Civil Litigation)
A boutique civil litigation practice is seeking an experienced Attorney to join its General Liability team. This role provides hands-on exposure to complex insurance defense and civil litigation matters within a collaborative growth-oriented environment.
The Opportunity
Youll handle a broad range of civil litigation and insurance defense cases including medical negligence premises liability personal injury wrongful death and general liability claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage general liability and civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings motions and case reports
- Take and defend depositions
- Appear at hearings mediations and trials
- Collaborate closely with clients and litigation teams
Qualifications

35 years of civil litigation experience

Insurance defense and/or trial experience preferred

Strong legal writing organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
