Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong electrical troubleshooting experience to support a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role focuses on diagnosing repairing and maintaining CNC machines lathes and mechanical presses along with electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines warm forge presses and industrial equipment
Diagnose electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic system issues
Maintain and repair AC/DC drives servo motors and PLC-controlled systems
Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections
Read and interpret electrical hydraulic pneumatic and mechanical blueprints
Document maintenance activities and collaborate with engineering and production teams

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
4 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong experience with CNC machines and mechanical presses
Proficiency with PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Siemens preferred) AC/DC drives and servo motors
Solid electrical troubleshooting skills (mechanical experience a plus)
Ability to work 3rd shift and overtime as needed

Preferred Skills

Industrial automation and controls experience
Preventive and predictive maintenance background
Strong communication and basic computer skills

On-site role at the Fort Wayne manufacturing facility
