Job Summary

HRSI is looking for Vigilance Executives for one of its client.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Gather intelligence information about any potential threats to the company or companys customers assets
Identify gaps / security lapse in between the acceptance and delivery process of customers international cargo consignments
Extend strong working relationships with airport regulatory and security authorities (Custom authorities Airport Police ASF CAA Vigilance ANF airport security agencies etc.) and gather information about any potential threats to company installations and assets
Verify identity credentials of all personnel and visitors
Monitor surveillance systems- cctv and staff / visitors In/out logs whenever required
Immediate report and respond to any security incident and furnish detailed report that should contain findings and remedial actions
Conduct routine and surprise inspections of cargo consignments
Review and authenticate cargo delivery logs
Coordinate incident response and reporting
Gather intelligence information pertains to any possible threats to companys tangible and intangible assets
Investigate any incident happened at cargo warehouses / airport operations areas and furnish report and conduct RCS (root cause analysis)
Surveillance equipment shall be tested regularly for operational effectiveness
Video records shall be retained in accordance with legal and organizational requirements.
CCTV systems shall cover all critical areas including gates perimeters storage zones and docks.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree. Diploma in Security Management will be preferred Experience Required:

Total: Minimum 7 years of experience
Relevant: 3 years in Security function. Should be well aware of Security Industrys best practices. Certifications: Corporate Security Courses preferred / certification in field investigations and intelligence preferred
