Job Summary
Banking Customer Advisor German
Location: Porto Portugal
Office-based role Relocation required
Introduction
We are recruiting a German-speaking Banking Customer Advisor to support clients of a well-established international bank from Porto Portugal. In this role you will assist customers with daily banking inquiries while ensuring accuracy compliance and excellent service standards.
Relocation is required. A full relocation package is provided including flight tickets hotel accommodation and relocation assistance.
We can proceed only with candidates who hold an EU passport or a valid work permit for Portugal.
Responsibilities

Support customers with banking-related inquiries

Assist with accounts payments cards and general banking services

Provide clear and compliant information in German

Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times

Document interactions according to internal banking procedures

Deliver a professional and customer-focused service experience
Requirements

Fluency in German (spoken and written)

Good level of English

Strong communication and organisational skills
- Customer service experience ideally in finance or banking is an advantage

High attention to detail and compliance awareness

EU passport or valid Portuguese work permit (mandatory)
