We are seeking a talented Java Software Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of low latency experience focus on creating low-latency connectivity to various crypto venues including both CeFi and DeFi. Our work involves automated trading strategies high-frequency data analysis and advanced trading management systems.

What Youll Be Doing:

Collaborate closely with the technical lead liquidity managers and product managers on strategy development and technical design solutions.
Take ownership of the strategy production environment focusing on feature enhancements and infrastructure upgrades to optimize performance.
Proactively enhance strategies to ensure stability scalability and resilience enabling 24/7 auto-recovery for seamless crypto trading.
Manage projects by maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the technical infrastructure and a broad perspective on product and business objectives.

What We Seek in You:

A strong educational background in STEM (Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics).
A genuine enthusiasm for the cryptocurrency industry paired with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with structured products or volatility trading is an added advantage.
