Were on the lookout for a highly organized proactive and communicative Commercial Assistant to join our Expansion Team. In this role youll play a key part in market research client prospecting and managing commercial information helping to drive our growth in the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Mapping & Enrichment: Support the mapping and enhancement of commercial databases.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Perform active prospecting through email and phone following the guidelines provided by the Expansion Team.
- CRM Updates: Ensure accuracy and up-to-date information in our CRM system.
- Reporting & Analysis: Assist with preparing reports and analyzing commercial results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team on follow-ups and scheduling meetings with potential clients.
What Were Looking For (Must-haves):
- Fluent in English: Intermediate to advanced level (both written and verbal communication).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High organization and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
- A proactive mindset and a strong willingness to learn about commercial and expansion processes.
Nice-to-haves (Bonus Skills):
- Experience with B2B prospecting SDR or inside sales.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Understanding of the American market or international business expansion.
- Passion for growing a career in commercial strategy.
