Job Summary
We are hiring native Croatian speakers to join an international Customer Support team based on-site in Sofia Bulgaria. This is a strong opportunity to build international experience in a structured environment with paid training clear processes and ongoing team support.
You will support customers in Croatian handle inquiries professionally across different channels and ensure excellent service quality from first contact to resolution. Youll work with clear guidelines and quality standards and your onboarding is fully organized to help you gain confidence with the tools systems and workflow.
Work model: On-site (Sofia)
Requirements: Native Croatian (required) English B2 strong communication skills customer-focused mindset
Relocation: Relocators will be reviewed as well
Relocation & settling-in support: travel expense reimbursement optional salary advance and hotel accommodation support (terms apply).
