Role Summary:
The Director of Nursing (DON) oversees all nursing services and clinical operations ensuring safe efficient and high-quality care. This full-time exempt leadership role supervises a dynamic clinical team and manages patient care for outpatient surgeries including Orthopedics Plastics Pain and General procedures across 2 operating rooms.

Hours:
Full-time MondayFriday

What Youll do:

• Lead and manage nursing and clinical teams.

• Maintain high standards of patient care safety and infection control.

• Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.

• Oversee staffing scheduling and supply management.

• Collaborate with physicians and administration to support center goals.

• Serve as administrative leader in the Administrators absence.

What Youll bring:

• Active RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications.

• Bachelors degree preferred.

• 2 years of nursing leadership preferably in outpatient surgery.

• Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
