We are seeking a Strategic Account Executive to join our leadership team and drive business development across our Central Indiana region. This individual will play a key role in expanding our customer base deepening client relationships and promoting our comprehensive facility cleaning and specialty services.

Position Overview:
The Strategic Account Executive is responsible for driving new business growth and expanding existing accounts across Office Prides Central Indiana service area. This position combines high-performance consultative selling disciplined territory management and long-term relationship cultivation.
The role focuses on acquiring new recurring janitorial contracts and developing specialty service revenue opportunities such as high dusting floor care (VCT/LVT) deep cleaning high-reach work disinfecting and project-based services. The successful candidate will represent Office Prides brand values and reputation for quality professionalism and integrity in every customer interaction.

Job Duties:
1. Prospecting & Lead Generation Identify qualify and maintain a strong pipeline of decision-makers and facility leaders. Utilize CRM tools to track activity engagement and follow-up strategies. Conduct onsite facility walkthroughs to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions.
2. Consultative Sales & Solutions Delivery Present Office Prides service offerings technology platforms and differentiators. Develop custom proposals pricing models and scopes of work. Collaborate with Operations leadership to ensure accurate job costing and service delivery alignment.
3. Territory Management & Growth Execute the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed contract. Achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets aligned with company goals. Represent Office Pride at networking events trade shows and community business functions.
4. Relationship Building & Brand Advocacy Cultivate strong long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals. Partner with Operations and Account Engagement teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service satisfaction. Serve as a brand ambassador for Office Pride within assigned territories and key market sectors.
5. Professional Communication Deliver professional presentations and proposals to executive and facilities management teams. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of commercial cleaning standards consumable programs and specialty services.

Qualifications:
Required: Strong computer skills with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Suite Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals or demonstrate a strong work ethic and performance record Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills Confidence in presenting to business professionals and decision-makers Professional appearance and demeanor Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Preferred: Experience selling commercial janitorial or facilities management services Understanding of RFP processes site walkthroughs and cost-based proposals Marketing or design experience (Adobe Photoshop Premiere or InDesign a plus)

Working Conditions: Field-based position with regular travel across Central Indiana (Indianapolis Kokomo Muncie and surrounding areas) Expected to work from the Noblesville headquarters a minimum of three days per week Expected to visit Kokomo and Muncie offices at least one day per week each (based on territory needs) Standard work hours are Monday through Friday with occasional early morning or evening commitments for networking or client walkthroughs Regular facility visits may involve PPE use and navigating varied physical environments (industrial floors stairs outdoor areas etc.) Reliable transportation required for travel between offices and client sites Remote administrative work permitted when business needs are met though this role is not classified as fully remote Reports To: Director of Strategic Growth

Compensation:
Base salary $45000 plus commission on sales and bonuses (Projected 1st Year Income $60-70k)
Vehicle Stipend and pre-approved expense reimbursement
