POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for developing implementing and overseeing all facets ofproject management (budget schedule procurement etc.) for real estate projects including planningdesign construction occupancy and closeout.

It is also the responsibility of the Senior Project Manager not only to exhibit legendary customer servicewhen communicating with tenants prospective tenants owners and vendors but also to focus on
productivity and results.

POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Manage all project documentation including contracts budgets and schedules.

• Establish and maintain project goals and success criteria the meets the client needs.

• Guide the client/ team through the design implementation process including conceptualschematic design development construction documentation and signoffs.

• Develop and maintain the Master Project Schedule.

• Prepare various RFPs needed for vendor and contractor services for the complete project.

• Follow procedures for distribution receipt opening leveling and award of project bids.

• Facilitate a project kick-off meeting with internal staff and key stakeholders to ensureresponsibilities are communicated and understood by all concerned.

• Oversee project team members work to ensure compliance with contract and client expectations.

• Provide client service to both internal and external clients.

• Contribute to the growth of the company through project execution and new opportunityidentification.

• Meet assigned financial targets.

• Marketing functions including presentations RFQ responses and other duties as assigned.

• Additional assignments as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree from an accredited institution in Architecture Business Interior DesignEngineering or Construction.

• PMP and/or LEED AP preferred.

• Minimum 7 years project management experience in all aspects of Design Construction ProjectManagement.

• Must have experience/skills in construction Project Management (architecture generalcontracting construction estimation scheduling engineering design/permitting process biddevelopment contract and/or sub-contract management.

• Computer proficient including knowledge in the following programs: Microsoft Office (WordExcel Outlook PowerPoint Project.)

• Highly organized.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive level external and internalclients.

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

• Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently.

• Ability to successfully communicate with architects contractors clients representatives and teammembers.

• Requires some lifting (up to 25lb.)

LOCATION:

This is a dynamic on-site rolethat places you at the heart of the action. As a result an essential function of this position is working on-site. Remote or hybrid options are not available. Being on property allows you to build strong relationships with clients and tenants respond in real time and make a visible impact every day.
