Position Summary
The Senior Associate Client Representative supports the daily management of a high-volume Commercial Lines bookofselect business. Under the direction of a lead servicer this positionconsistently providesexcellent customer service to external and internal clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Primary Responsibilities
Set up andmaintainaccurateaccount details contacts and policyinformation in EPIC
Attach organize and name documents in EPIC
Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers including BOR proposal letters change requestsproofs of insuranceetc.
Endorse policy in EPIC and billing
Create activities in EPIC andassigntoapplicable teammember.
Order loss runs

Professional Licenses/Certifications
Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license
Essential Skills/Competencies
Knowledge of Excel Word and other MS Office products to include basic formatting.
Hasknowledge of agency management systems (EPIC) and carrier sites.
Possesses a basic understanding of property and casualty coverage.
Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of co-workers and clients and able to work in a team environment.
Able to quickly find common ground solve problems meet qualitystandardsand achieve urgent tasks.
Strong written oral and interpersonal communication skills
Able to follow a well-established and familiar set of activities and/orprocessto derive a solution.
Works to achieve statedobjectivesanddeliversresultsatthe close direction of a senior team member.
Education
HS Diploma or equivalent
Physical Demands & Working Conditions
Office work involves working at a desk most of the time using a stand-up/sit-down adjustable desk. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of forcefrequentlyto lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects. Typing grasping and repetitive motion typically isrequiredevery day andwalking and standingarerequiredoccasionally.
