Job Summary

Position Overview:

The Bus Cleaner / Facility Maintenance Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the companys buses and facilities. This position supports operational readiness by performing routine cleaning and upkeep tasks ensuring a safe clean and welcoming environment for our guests and staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

Bus Cleaning & Maintenance

Clean bus exteriors using pressure washers and other equipment provided.
Clean bus interiors including trash removal windows dashboards seats handrails and floors.
Restock buses with required supplies as directed.

Facility Cleaning & Upkeep

Clean offices meeting rooms parts rooms and restrooms.
Sweep depot and garage floors and remove trash.
Maintain cleanliness of exterior areas including sidewalks and alleyways.

Safety & Security

Use cleaning products and equipment safely and in accordance with training and company standards.
Report maintenance issues safety concerns or supply needs to management promptly.

Requirements

Qualifications

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Availability to work evenings; weekends and holidays as needed.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of proper use of cleaning products and equipment.
Professional attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Physical Demands

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Ability to stand walk bend lift and climb stairs for extended periods
Physically and mentally able to perform job duties safely and reliably
