About the role and where you will be working:
This role serves as a professional first point of contact for the Property Section within the Assets & Infrastructure Team at SCCWA. You will play a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring all enquiries issues and work orders are managed efficiently proactively progressed and resolved in line with required Service Level Agreements.
You will attend and minute contractor and project meetings ensuring all contractors remain compliant from an administrative invoicing and accreditation perspective. The position also provides highlevel administrative support to the General Manager and Team Leader Assets & Infrastructure contributing to the smooth and effective operation of the team.
