What youll need:

Bachelor of Science/Doctor of Pharmacy required.
Current Washington State Pharmacy License in good standing.
Current Washington State Pharmacy preceptor preferred.
5 years of hospital and/or retail pharmacy and clinical pharmacy preferred.
Computer experience with pharmacy systems preferred.
American Heart Association BLS Certification required.
ACLS Certification (Inpatient) is required within one year of date of hire.

Schedule: .01 FTE; 0-16 hr/week; Variable Shift (M-F 0630 or 1230; S/S 0700-1700); Days can vary
