Sectra is looking for an experienced Technical Engineer who is passionate about technology enjoys solving complex problems and wants to support systems that directly improve patient care. Our enterprise imaging solutions are used by hospitals and health systems across the United States supporting critical clinical workflows every day.
In this role you will join an established customer portfolio and take ownership of supporting troubleshooting and maintaining real-world healthcare environments. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure systems remain stable secure and high performing while continuously improving how we support our solutions.

What you will do
- Support customer environments by troubleshooting complex technical issues related to enterprise imaging systems
- Investigate system behavior through log analysis performance review and root-cause identification
- Collaborate with internal engineering security and project teams to coordinate fixes improvements and system optimizations
- Support customer implementations and upgrades by assisting with system configuration and integration activities
- Work directly with hospital IT teams and clinical users to understand workflows technical requirements and operational constraints
- Build long-term relationships with customers and serve as a trusted technical contact for your assigned portfolio
- Participate in an after-hours support rotation once fully onboarded
