Job Summary
Position: Business Analyst (57 years)
Technical Skills: SQL API JIRA Chalk SNOWResponsibilities:
Responsibilities (Work with rest of the BAs located in St. Louis)
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders technical teams and fellow business analysis professionals
- Design and document business requirements documents in Epics and Stories
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness
- Learn TMS application configurations of new workflows
- Configure workflow tasks in TMS based on the business requirements
- Work with the business users to test the workflow configurations
- Follow change management processes to ensure successful deployment of the intakes
- Mixture of strong analysis and technical expertise.
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies such as Scrum is required
- Ability to work with a dynamic team in a collaborative way
- Experience with data analysis SQL understanding of APIs is a must
- Experience with JIRA and Chalk
- Telecom domain experience preferred
- Experience with case management tools like Servienow is preferred
