Job Summary

Your responsibilities:

You ensure the smooth flow of goods across our supply chain by supporting our buyers with demand planning inventory control and supplier coordination.
Executing purchase orders and creating forecasts in line with product strategies categories and inventory targets belong to your main tasks.
Furthermore you analyse historical data market trends and seasonality to support accurate demand forecasting.
You monitor inventory levels lead times and reorder points to prevent shortages and overstock situations as well as manage product lifecycle changes such as phase-ins phase-outs and substitutions.
You also liaise with suppliers and the expediting team to confirm orders delivery schedules and resolve supply issues to ensure compliance with agreed pricing terms and quality specifications.
Close collaboration with buyers sales marketing finance suppliers and other internal and external partners to align forecasts resolving supply issues and continuous improvement of processes is a key part of this role.

You bring along:

You have a degree or vocational training in supply chain management business administration statistics or a comparable field.
You bring 26 years of experience in purchasing supply chain or demand planning depending on seniority.
You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data forecasts and performance indicators.
You work in a structured detail-oriented way and manage multiple priorities confidently.
You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and international suppliers in fluent English. Any additional language spoken is of advantage.
You are comfortable working with ERP systems and MS Office especially Excel.
