Job Summary

Hiring for Banca Channel

Designation - RM
CTC - 350000 LPA to 400000 LPA Incentives

Key Responsibilities

Source life insurance business through partner bank branches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers relationship officers and staff.
Identify prospective customers from the banks customer base and generate leads.
Conduct joint customer meetings and provide suitable life insurance solutions based on customer needs.
Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets (premium policies and revenue).
Support bank staff with product training sales pitches and objection handling.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of proposal forms documentation and policy issuance.
Coordinate with underwriting operations and service teams for smooth policy processing.
Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines company policies and compliance norms.
Handle customer queries follow-ups and post-sales service support.
Participate in sales campaigns product launches and promotional activities.
