Maximo Techno-Functional Expert

We are seeking a Maximo Techno-Functional Expert to join our team. This role involves leading and executing high-complexity Maximo Application Suite (MAS) implementations and enhancements with a strong emphasis on MAS Health & Monitor and enterprise asset management processes. The ideal candidate will have deep technical and functional expertise in MAS 8.x or higher and proven experience supporting manufacturing environments.

This position requires a hands-on agile mindset and close collaboration with internal teams and third-party stakeholders to deliver scalable stable and high-performing Maximo solutions.

• Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 8.x or higher

• MAS Health & Monitor (mandatory)

• Maximo 7.6 implementation upgrade and support experience

• End-to-end Maximo implementation experience (Manufacturing preferred)

• MAS Predict and MRIO (preferred)

• Database: DB2

• Azure DevOps (hands-on experience)

• Strong technical leadership and team coordination skills

The Maximo Techno-Functional Expert will be responsible for executing enhancements and supporting a high-complexity Maximo Application Suite solution with multiple add-ons. This role blends deep technical knowledge with functional leadership to drive design implementation and delivery activities across the Maximo landscape.

The position involves active participation in decision-making milestone planning delivery tracking and stakeholder communication. A strong focus on solution quality compliance and long-term maintainability is critical for success in this role.

• Execute enhancement activities for complex MAS solutions and related add-ons

• Lead design and implementation for assigned epics using an agile hands-on approach

• Provide technical and functional guidance across Maximo implementation upgrade and support efforts

• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party stakeholders for solution alignment and decision-making

• Review delivery milestones track compliance and plan upcoming project phases

• Provide clear and consistent status reporting on project progress and risks

• Support and guide high-performance teams to ensure quality and timely delivery

• Ensure alignment with asset management best practices and enterprise standards
