Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Snowflake Data Engineer (Delivery Lead) to architect deliver and scale modern analytics solutions. This role combines deep hands-on expertise in Snowflake and dbt with leadership responsibilities including technical direction best-practice definition and stakeholder collaboration. You will lead end-to-end ELT initiatives and mentor analytics engineers while ensuring performance governance and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end ELT pipelines using Snowflake & dbt
Define data models (star/snowflake dimensional marts)
Lead dbt project structure deployments and CI/CD workflows
Build and optimize dbt models tests macros and documentation
Optimize Snowflake performance and cost
Implement data quality observability governance and security (RBAC masking)
Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor engineers

Required Skills

Strong hands-on Snowflake experience
Expertise in dbt (Core/Cloud) and advanced SQL
Experience with AWS Azure or GCP
Knowledge of data governance security and cost optimization
CI/CD Git and DevOps experience
