Job Summary

Hiring: W2 Candidates Only

Visa: Open to any visa type with valid work authorization in the USA

This position serves as a hands-on System Administrator for HHSC Salesforce Orgs. This position requires a wide range of skills from setting up new Orgs from scratch integration with 3rd party tools migration of data use of CI/CD frameworks troubleshooting systems including production and other administrative tasks as required. This position will require hands-on experience as an Administrator and prior Salesforce custom development experience is a plus. Familiarity with DocuSign and Azure Data Factory is also a plus. The HHSC Salesforce team follows Agile (Scrum) and this role should have experience with Agile methodologies. This position requires availability for 24/7 support.

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

7-Required-Experience as a Salesforce Administrator managing maintaining and overseeing the support of Salesforce Orgs and its environments. Implement and improve security policies and practices.

7-Required-Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process coding standards change control and version management including CI/CD toolsets such as Flosum.

7-Required-Experience in data migrations data quality systems integrations 3rd party applications and AppExchange products.

7-Required-Experience is overseeing and providing guidance in troubleshooting and solving complex problems related to system software and hardware incident and problem calls and recommending technology solutions.

5-Preferred-Experience in implementing various authentication protocols (oAuth) to integrate 3rd party applications. Experience in core web technologies including HTML5 JavaScript jQuery and web services (REST & SOAP JSON & XML etc.).

2-Preferred-Experience in Salesforce implementation and development and in writing Apex programming Visual force pages Apex triggers Aura Components and lightning web components.

2-Preferred-Experience with Salesforce integration tools like MuleSoft Azure Data Factory and Jitterbit.

2-Preferred-Agile Software Development Methodologies Experience.

2-Preferred-Knowledge in implementing solutions using configurations (no-code) such as Flows process builders and workflow Rules etc.
