HR Coordinator
Location: Boston MA 02135
Type: 5-Month Contract
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support daily Human Resources operations. This role provides administrative and operational support across recruitment onboarding benefits training payroll coordination and general HR functions.
Key Responsibilities

Post job openings in the ATS screen candidates and follow up with applicants.

Schedule and coordinate in-person virtual and phone interviews.

Prepare offer letters and employment change documentation.

Maintain weekly recruitment activity and status reports.
-
Create new hire and benefits packets and assist with orientations.

Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
-
Assist with career fairs and recruitment outreach initiatives.
-
Coordinate meetings and HR documentation.
-
Support employee engagement activities and training sessions.
-
Collaborate with Payroll and Finance to ensure timely and accurate updates.
Qualifications

Bachelors degree required.

Minimum 2 years of HR or administrative experience.

Proficiency in Office 365 (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook SharePoint).

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.

Strong time management multitasking and organizational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Detail-oriented proactive and adaptable with a positive attitude.
