Job Description
Set up and calibrate bending machines (CNC hydraulic or manual) as per job requirements.
Select appropriate tools dies and materials based on production specifications.
Load raw materials (such as metal sheets tubes or rods) into the machine.
Operate the bending machine to form parts according to blueprints and technical drawings.
Perform routine maintenance such as lubrication tool replacement and cleaning.
Troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions and coordinate with the maintenance team for major repairs.
Keep the work area organized and free of hazards.
