TheHilton Orlando located in the International Drive area next to the Orange County Convention Center is searching for a talentedLineCookto join their culinary team! This culinary professional will be a part of the Italian Restaurant Trabucco!
Trabucco is an elegant dining experience serving nostalgic Italian cuisine. Inspired by the coastal regions of Italy from Cinque Terre to the Almalfi Coast menu offerings include classic antipasti wood-grilled seafood handmade pastas and a beverage program highlighting the Italian mainstays spritzes house-made limoncello and robust Italian wine varietals. The bar and lounge will contain a world-class raw bar featuring chilled crudos and a variety of seafood towers.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 25 years of experience as a Line Cook a strong understanding of cooking temperatures a team-oriented mindset high-volume operations experience and a genuine passion for developing their culinary skills and growing their career. Hotel experience is a plus but not required.
Shift Pattern: Candidates must have open availability to work morning and evening shifts including weekdays weekends and holidays.
Pay Rate:$25.81 per hour

What will I be doing
As a Cook you would be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times
- Manage guest orders in a friendly timely and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of menu and all food products
- Stock and maintain designated food station(s)
- Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen
- Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal state local and company regulations
- Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed
