Position Overview

We are seeking safety-focused and dependableProduction Worker Icandidates to support ablow molding production teamunder the direction of the Production Supervisor. This role focuses onassembling plastic products safely and efficientlywhile ensuring all products meet required specifications quality standards and company policies.

TheProduction Worker Iwill perform general assembly inspection testing and packaging duties while maintaining aclean organized and safety-compliantwork environment.

Key Responsibilities

Receive parts from machineryand complete assembly duties on finished products
Rotate throughgeneral assembly taskswithin the blow molding process
Examine parts and productsto verify conformance to quality standards through visual inspection
Report non-conforming productsto the Production Lead or Supervisor
Participate insorting and reworkof non-conforming product as needed
Performbasic testing and packagingon spouts and components
Maintain aclean and organized workspacefollowing5S standards
Ensureplant-wide safety complianceand perform other duties as required

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalentrequired
612 months of manufacturing experience
Strongsafety awareness including hazard identification and risk control
Ability toread and communicate verbally
Strong attention to detail sense of urgency and time management skills
Team-orientedwith the ability to work effectively in a diverse workplace
