Lead the team on the floor by example with energy urgency and professionalism
Coach front desk staff on sales conversations service standards and follow up
Actively support membership growth and personal training promotion
Train and onboard new team members and reinforce Retro Fitness standards
Handle member questions or concerns quickly and confidently
Keep the club clean organized and running smoothly at all times
Step in wherever needed to keep momentum high and standards strong
Work flexible hours including early mornings evenings and weekends
We want leaders in the making not spectators.
Background in fitness hospitality retail or service driven sales environments
Comfortable having sales conversations and coaching others to do the same
Strong communicator who motivates without micromanaging
Organized accountable and steady under pressure
CPR or AED certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
Familiarity with gym operations or POS systems
Proven ability to coach a team toward goals
Clear desire to move into a General Manager role within 12 to 18 months
Work side by side with experienced leadership
