Job Summary

Job summary-
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with strong technical expertise in data visualization
predictive analytics machine learning fundamentals and end-to-end data pipeline management.
The ideal candidate is proficient in Power BI Tableau SQL and Python with proven experience in
transforming raw data into actionable business insights automating reporting processes and
driving data-driven decision making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1.â Design develop and maintain interactive automated dashboards and reports using Power
BI and Tableau for stakeholders at all levels (executive operational and tactical).
2.â Build and maintain robust ETL pipelines (Extract Transform Load) using Python SQL and
modern data orchestration tools.
3.â Perform web scraping and data extraction from websites APIs and unstructured sources
using Requests BeautifulSoup Selenium etc.
4.â Conduct advanced statistical analysis A/B testing hypothesis testing predictive modeling
and basic machine learning using Python (Pandas NumPy SciPy Scikit-learn Statsmodels).
5.â Write complex optimized SQL/MySQL queries to support reporting analytics and data
warehousing needs.
6.â Apply text mining/NLP techniques when required for unstructured data insights.
7.â Lead or support market/competitive analysis and industry trend tracking to inform strategic
initiatives.
8.â Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing Operations Finance)
using Agile methodologies to deliver analytics projects on time.
9.â Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data governance visualization and
storytelling.
10.âContinuously identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve data quality
and accessibility.

Required Skills and Qualification:
1.â 58 years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles.
2.â Prior exposure to marketing analytics e-commerce fintech or SaaS environments.
3.â Python for data analysis and automation (Pandas NumPy Matplotlib/Seaborn Scikit-learn)
4.â Web scraping tools (Requests BeautifulSoup Selenium)
5.â Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to non-technical stakeholders.
6.â Exceptional problem-solving attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
