The role
We are looking for a Survey Helper for a Roads and Highways project based in Kuchlak Balochistan Pakistan. The candidate will assist the survey team in conducting field surveys preparing cross-sections and performing leveling and alignment checks under the supervision of the Surveyor or Resident Engineer to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Assist the survey team in performing duties as assigned by the Surveyor or Resident Engineer.
- Support survey activities including setting up survey instruments and preparing cross-sections.
- Help maintain accurate survey and level books for all site activities.
- Assist in verifying structure layouts against approved drawings and checking alignment.
- Support the Resident Engineer and Surveyor in monitoring survey operations and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
With a track record of achievement in a related role you will have gained your experience in a consultancy environment and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.
Suitable applicants will have/be:
- Tertiary qualifications: Diploma in Civil/Surveyor or a related discipline.
- Some basic knowledge of survey work or interest to learn on the job.
- Willingness to work outdoors and support field activities.
- Basic understanding of survey instruments is a plus but not required.
