The Company

At our Benelux Office located in Breda we comprise a dynamic commercial team focussing our brand in Belgium The Netherlands and Luxembourg. Together with the EMEA Commercial teams (in Switzerland) and Online Acceleration Center with Digital specialists (in UK) we are making a step change in building meaningful brand and shopper experiences.

What can you expect

• Direct responsibilities and cross functional and international contacts & collaboration

• Working with different commercial digital tools for which you will drive the development and usage in our organisation and experiment how AI can further support us

• Become master user of our PIM (product information management) system ensure our customers have the right information available and support the launches of new products and other content developments

• You will use and develop digital trade engagement tools towards our customers

• Analyse the impact of activities promotions and tools and drive further optimisations

• You will develop specific customer digital assets for retail marketing and promotional activities

• Support and maintain our websites and digital tools linked to these

• Support our digital manager in SEO and SEA activities

• On the job coaching and participation to Colgate Palmolive trainings

• 1 year contract with possibility of 1 year renewal

• Enthusiastic people & pet loving digital savvy team player and an organized self-starter with a can-do attitude eager to learn and explore new opportunities

• Graduated with a commercial Bachelor or Master degree

• A digital native who rapidly adopts and masters new digital tools platforms and software with minimal training and are able to optimalise leverage them.

• Enjoy working on multiple projects simultaneously meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and handle ambiguity while you convert complex challenges to concrete practical steps

• Excellent presentation and communication skills able to articulate concepts in a clear and concise manner. Strong listening skills which enable you to work in cross functional teams and connect with collaborators to reach your objectives.

• Good analytical skills strong Excel skills is a big plus

• Fluency in Dutch and English French is another plus

• Outstanding digital literacy with Google Tools specifically
