About the role
Youllplay a key role in shaping how people at the ABC work every day contributing to the design implementation and support of modern end-user devices and services. Working closely with your team and under the general direction of the End User Computing & Enablement Team Leaderyoulldeliver high-quality technical support through ABCs ITSM tools resolving moderately complex incidentschangesand problems.
Youll collaborate on projects that enable new ways of working help introduce modern device management practices and build automation and self-service solutions that improve the end-user experience. Along the wayyoullactively support ABCs cyber security strategies and help keep our people and systems safe.
Position Description: DESKTOP SUPPORT
About you
Strong hands-on experience supporting and managing enterprise end-user environments including Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD as well as core services such as DNSDHCPand Group Policy.
Experience supporting desktop and mobile operating systems including Windows 11 macOS iOS and Android.
Capability with modern device and fleet management platforms such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune MECM/SCCM) and/or JAMF.
Experience with application packaging PowerShell scripting and managed operating environments including enterprise deploymentspoliciesand configurations.
Understanding modern operating system management approaches including Windows as a Service.
Working knowledge of project delivery methodologies and ITIL-based service management concepts.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigateanalyseand resolve moderately complex technical issues in an ITSM environment.
Well-developedorganisationalskills with the ability to manage competing priorities work independently or collaboratively and adapt to changing technologies.
Clear communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders and support colleagues to achieve teamobjectives.
Special Requirements:
Willingness and ability to work outside of rostered hours in compliance with an on-call and/or overtime arrangement asrequired.

About ABC Product & Technology:
The Product & Technology (P&T) division is responsible for delivering the technology and services that enable the ABC to fulfil its creative strategic and business goals. The scope of activities and responsibilities of the P&T division range from keeping ABC programs and services on-air and on-line to delivering on key projects as well as assisting in setting the technology strategy and architecture for the ABC.
