Responsibilities:

Support answering phones and help coordinate patient appointments .

Marketing communication with referrals

Act as a liaison between patients and clinical team ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Utilize Dentrix software to manage patient records treatment plans and appointments.

Educate patients on treatment options and options.

Coordinate and schedule appointments based on treatment plans availability and production goals.

Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental office setting.

Proficiency in Dentrix software is essential.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain care options to referrals and patients.

Knowledge of dental insurance procedures and billing.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).

Previous experience with Dentrix software.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
