Responsibilities
- Support Additives Greater China and APAC team for large events like Chinaplas show customer seminar annual distributor meeting etc.
- Price analysis and management for Additives APAC and Greater China support local sales team for price maintenance in SPOSEA system on quarterly basis.
- Responsible for CRM pipeline management acting as CRM key user in APAC and Greater China consult and train account manager upon necessity and needs manage leads by reviewing qualifying and assigning to appropriate sales force.
- Support sales force on distributor agreement signing annual target setting quarterly performance review by preparing related documents summarizing meeting minutes archiving documents etc.
- Handle customer request like registration on customers online platform providing document etc
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above
- 1-3 years working experience in executive assistant sales & marketing assistant or price management MNC experience preferred
- Proficient in English both writing and oral
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication skill
- Good analytic capability
