This role is based at GE Aerospaces Lynn MA (GET) site a critical location supporting defense programs and advanced manufacturing. The Facility Security Officer partners closely with the Industrial Security Operations team site leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a secure and compliant operating environment for employees contractors visitors and suppliers.
Role Overview
The Facility Security Officer (FSO) is responsible for administering and overseeing the sites government security program in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM). As the resident industrial security expert you will develop implement and continuously improve security processes and procedures serve as the primary interface with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements across programs and facilities.

Additional Information:
The base pay range for this position is $112700.00 - 149500.00 Annual The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on December 27th 2025.
