Sr. TA Advisor

This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAAs family of companies and will be employed by TIAAs preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW perform a variety of moderately complex business planning support and project-related an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results.

This role will sit onsite likely in a hybrid capacity at the location(s) listed in this posting.

• Develops plans for sourcing appropriate candidates conducting the interview process and extending offers to selected candidates while maintaining a low cost per hire.
• Manages and implements new strategies for candidate communication including the scheduling of interviews and answering of candidate questions.
• Builds a pipeline or network of targeted talent pools by representing the organization at employment fairs on-campus recruiting activities etc.
• Partakes in ranking process of candidates with hiring manager after interviews are conducted.
• Manages job listings on internal and external sites.
• Counsels hiring managers regarding recruiting strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization.

• University (Degree) Preferred

• 3 Years Required; 5 Years Preferred

Actual base salary may vary based upon but not limited to relevant experience time in role base salary of internal peers prior performance business sector and geographic location.
