Job Summary
The T&M Global Revenue team is seeking a highly skilled Project Accountant to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong technical ASC 606 accounting knowledge and a passion for driving accuracy in revenue recognition and project financials.
- Manage project accounting activities ensuring accurate revenue recognition in compliance with ASC 606.
- Aid in the preparation and analysis of project financial statements budgets and forecasts.
- Collaborate with project managers and manufacturing finance teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.
- Assist with month-end close processes and preparation of journal entries reconciliations and disclosures related to project accounting
- Support internal and external audits ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.
Requirements:
- CPA required.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting.
- US Citizenship Or Green Card Holder
- Minimum 2 years of industry experience in project accounting cost accounting or related roles.
- Strong understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
- Proficiency in Oracle EBIZ systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Tableau or Power BI experience preferred.
- Prior public accounting experience strongly preferred.
