Strategic Protection Solutions is seeking an experienced results-driven Sales Representative to expand our client base throughout Texas. This is a high-impact performance-based role for someone who already has a book of business or established client relationships in the security property management or facilities service industry.
Position Summary
You will be responsible for generating new leads managing relationships and closing service contracts for:
Armed & Unarmed Guard Services
Vehicle & Foot Patrols
Fire Watch & Emergency Coverage
Event & HOA Security
Corporate Retail and Residential Clients
Compensation
Base Pay:
Commission: 5% on new signed contracts
Bonuses: Based on revenue performance and contract retention
Schedule: Independent & flexible manage your own pipeline
