Armworks is currently looking for a dedicated and motivated individual with an enthusiastic attitude to join our team as a Certified Hand Therapist Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist for our Salem clinic location for immediate hire. Experienced hand therapist (CHT preferably or an OT/PT with post-op and trauma experience) preferred.
Qualifications :
- Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA or APTA curriculum.
- Current state of OR license current CHT license CPR certification.
- Experience in splinting preferred or a strong willingness to learn splinting techniques.
- Being a therapist that is a coach guide and educator for their patients.
- Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone that enters the clinic.
- A passion for occupational therapy hand therapy and patient care.
- Enjoys working in a dynamic and multi therapist team environment.
Additional Information :
Salary Range: $93000-$104832 dependent upon hand therapy experience
Sign on bonus available based on experience and clinic fit
Minimum Experience: New graduate with strong level 2 fieldwork in Hand Therapy; experience in or enthusiasm for custom splinting preferred
Perk: Hand Therapy Mentorship program work directly with a CHT.
- An individualized mentorship plan with a CHT is offered for a newer hand therapist
- 45-minute one-on-one treatment sessions 11 treatments per day
- A charting/planning slot is built into your schedule
- We treat post-traumatic surgical and repetitive strain injuries of the elbow wrist and hand
- $1500 annual CEU allowance plus Medbridge subscription
- $500 for CHT exam (first attempt)
