Job Summary
- Monitor judicial and administrative proceedings ensuring compliance with deadlines and reporting obligations.
- Support the management and supervision of external law firms ensuring technical quality and strategic alignment.
- Conduct legal research and assist in drafting memoranda pleadings and legal opinions.
- Assist in developing legal arguments and defense strategies for individual and collective actions.
- Contribute to litigation risk control and keep case management systems up to date. Draft review and negotiate contracts with commercial partners suppliers and service providers
Qualifications :
- Law degree with active Bar Association (OAB) membership
- Previous experience in civil regulatory or consumer litigation (internship or junior level)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines effectively
- Desirable experience with consumer law and business contracts
- English proficiency is mandatory
