Job Summary
Your Day as Duty Manager (MOD)
No two shifts are the same and thats exactly what makes this role so exciting. As Duty Manager you are the face of our hotel the steady hand for both guests and team members. Youre visible involved and above all passionate about service.
What youll be doing:
- You ensure every guest has an unforgettable stay service excellence is your #1 priority;
- You respond to guest reviews and see feedback as an opportunity to improve;
- Complaints or issues You stay calm think in solutions and turn problems into positive moments;
- You build genuine connections with our ALL members making them feel truly at home;
- You work closely with department heads sharing ideas to improve workflows;
- You take the lead during safety rounds and know exactly what to do in case of emergencies.
