Job Summary
Golf Supervisor
As a Golf Operations Supervisor with Fairmont Chateau Whistler you will be an ambassador for our on-site championship golf course and our golf course colleagues. Your warm personal attention provides a memorable experience for your colleagues and guests of our golf course making them feel welcome and valued.
This is a full-time seasonal position beginning in April 2026 and ending in October 2026.
Starting Rate of Pay: $22.95 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $27.10.
Job Duties Include:
- Assist with training coaching and supervising Golf Services Professionals and other golf course team members
- Ensure all standards are being met by Golf Services team
- Accountable for inventory of guest supplies and golf cart fleet
- Assist guests upon arrival to golf course by providing a warm greeting and assisting with golf luggage
- Prepare organize and clean golf cart fleet
- Ensure daily upkeep of practice facility
- Provide guest shuttles to and from hotel and/or practice facility
Qualifications :
- Previous experience 1-3 years with hospitality or golf course industry is required
- Valid Class 5 BC Drivers License with a clean record is required
- Valid BC Class 4 Drivers License (asset)
- Knowledge of the game of golf is required
